Terms of service
You must pay me before I will begin anything.
General
You will receive an unwatermarked PNG file via email.
- If you need an alternative file type, please let me know before I send the file.
Canvas size will generally be 2000-2000px at the widest. If you need a specific resolution (for example, as a social media header), please let me know in advance.
Process
If you buy two commissions within a week of each other, I will apply a $10 discount for the second commission. However, this does NOT apply to icons/busts.
Payments
DO NOT PAY ME BEFORE I HAVE ACCEPTED YOUR COMMISSION. Please email me in advance before paying.
I request full, immediate payment (AUD only) before I will begin drawing. I will not accept any method of payment other than Ko-Fi. I will only offer refunds before I start dawing. If I have already started, I will not provide refunds under any circumstances.
Process
All contact will be via email.
Please send me the references for the character you wish for me to draw. It is preferred that you send me a sketch or reference image for the composition of the final piece.
- The quality of the references do not matter. You can send me stick figures. What I need is the composition, not your artistic skill.
- If you are ordering a complex piece, you must send me a reference. If you do not, I will employ full artistic liberty and cannot guarantee the final quality.
If you are ordering a complex or full body piece, you may request I send a sketch of the piece. I am willing to make two modifications to the sketch during this phase.
If there is an issue with the final piece, please let me know.
- If the issue was on my behalf (for example, I drew the hairstyle wrong or if the clothes do not reflect the image/s you sent as a reference), I will fix the mistake for no additional charge. Please let me know as soon as possible of this error; if it has been over a week since I have finished your commission, I may refuse to rectify your concerns.
- Minor issues (such as incorrect eye colour) will likely be fixed regardless of responsibility.

I have the right to refuse to continue a commision for personal reasons whilst working on them. If this occurs, I will give you a complete refund.
Usage
I reserve the right to post the final illustration on my Ko-Fi and/or my Newgrounds page, as both a normal post and to advertise my commissions.
- The illustration will be jpeg compressed: only you and I will have access to the high-quality PNG.

Will / won't draw
This is not an exhaustive list. Please use common sense. I have a right to decline a commission for any reason.
Will draw
- Humans
- Simple furries
Situational
- Romance
- Animals / monsters
- Muscles and facial hair
- (most) fanart
- Machinery is more likely to be drawn if it is simple. A pistol will likely be drawn, whilst a car may not.
Won't draw
- Anything that could be construed as political
- Complex furries (for example, horses)
- Complex character designs. However, should I deem your character complex but achievable, I will draw a few sketches in advance to allow you to decide which version best reflects the character's original design.
- Medical procedures. This includes scars induced by medical procedures.
- Extreme violence or gore, including all depictions of self-induced injury.
